CONEXPO/CON-AGG, North America's largest construction trade show, will take over Las Vegas, NV, from March 10-14, 2020. Displaying solutions for today and tomorrow, Volvo CE will showcase a range of more than 30 machines, related uptime and productivity services, and at least six global and regional launches. This interactive customer experience will span across 60,000 square feet, the largest show space option, at a new location in the outdoor Festival Grounds, booth F3432.
“Our presence at CONEXPO is set to be our best yet, with a fully-immersive technology experience to highlight the changing face of construction. Innovation has long been a part of our DNA, and we are especially proud to bring it to the mainstream by unveiling some game-changing launches at this year’s show. We look forward to seeing you there.” -Melker Jernberg, President, Volvo CE
Conquer "Big Iron Mountain"
Anchoring the booth are show-stoppers from the smallest to the largest models.
Enter through Excavator Alley, a covered-bridge-style lineup of crawler, wheeled, and high-reach excavators, including:
New EC200E crawler with VTS2 teeth
EW240E wheeled excavator
New EC750E HR high-reach crawler
ECR355 crawler
New EC300E hybrid crawler
EC250E crawler
The new EC300E hybrid excavator, now available in North America, features straightforward and industry-first hydraulic hybrid technology that reduces fuel consumption by up to 15 percent. The new high-reach EC750 HR crawler excavator reaches 118 feet and can carry demolition tools weighing up to 8,000 pounds.
At the end of Excavator Alley will stand "Big Iron Mountain," a winding ramp around the booth's most prominent display: Volvo CE's largest excavator, the heavy-duty EC950F crawler, and the powerful R100E rigid hauler. Both machines, now available globally, offer strength and stability for quarrying, mining, and mass excavation.
Other general purpose equipment that will be present at the booth includes two articulated haulers and three wheel loaders. Volvo CE will reveal two new concept models that herald where the company is taking connected, electric, and autonomous machines.
Good Things Come in Small Packages
On the compact side, visitors can get hands-on experience operating Volvo CE's electric compact machines, the L25H wheel loader and ECR25 excavator. An ECR18E, one of Construction Equipment's Top 100 New Products of 2019, will be on display, and visitors can also see L25H compact wheel loader and EW60E compact wheeled excavator.
Paving Victory
In road machinery, Volvo CE will debut the 8-foot class P5110B tracked and P5170B wheeled pavers, which fill the gap between the P4410B and 7000B series models. These new pavers boast simple controls and high productivity at low RPM.

More Than Machines
Service offerings that boost customers' profitability, secure uptime, and deliver on lifecycle value will be everywhere. Attendees can learn about Volvo Assist technologies, now standard on many products, with hands-on demonstrations that show how machine-control software gives operators greater accuracy and time savings.
An extensive display of over 30 attachments, including buckets, couplers, forks, breakers, and more, will be fitted on equipment across the Volvo booth.
Building Tomorrow
In line with Volvo CE's "Building Tomorrow" theme, visitors can watch for an inspiring project launch that will show how Volvo CE and its dealer network combine the power of people, products, and partners to build a brighter tomorrow for people around the globe.
Construction fans can also give something back in advance of the show by helping Volvo CE pick a worthy cause to benefit from the auction of the limited-edition EC200E Gold Rush Excavator. Now through March 6, 2020, vote in an online poll to choose which non-profit will receive proceeds from the machine’s sale at the Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers event in Orlando, FL, February 17-22, 2020. The excavator, which will make its final public appearance at the Volvo CE CONEXPO stand, has been touring North America over the past six months to celebrate the 10th season of Gold Rush, a TV series focusing on the challenges facing teams of miners digging for gold in the US and Canada.
Something For Everyone
The scope of the Volvo Group represented in the CONEXPO booth shows comprehensive solutions for the construction industry with a commitment to being number one for customer uptime. Volvo CE will be joined by sister companies Volvo Penta, Volvo Trucks, and Volvo Financial Services, who will present the latest engine, truck, and financial offers. Likewise, Volvo CE’s other equipment brands, Terex Trucks and SDLG, will also be present at the show in separate booths.
