Highway Discovers Tomorrow’s Talent at Penn College Career Fair

On March 19, 2019, Highway participated in the Pennsylvania College of Technology (Penn College) Career Fair in Williamsport, PA.

Vice President Ryan Flood and HR, Marketing, & Communications Manager Jennifer Nauss spent the day discussing internships and summer and full-time career openings at Highway's locations with heavy construction equipment (HCE) technician and diesel technology program students.

“Ryan and I agreed that this was our most productive Career Fair," said Jennifer. "Our name recognition continues to grow among students due in part to our increased presence on campus and expanded outreach with the college and students over the past three years.”

Intern interviews are already underway. If you are a Penn College HCE technician student who wants to be considered for a summer 2019 Highway internship, send your resume to Jennifer Nauss at jennifer@hwyequip.com with a cover letter indicating the location you are interested in. Resumes and cover letters should be sent by April 8, 2019.
